Designed and used by professionals, the Tactical Trauma Backpack Kit includes many major first aid items and is still small and light enough to be easily carried by hand or packed by the not so large a person. Made of heavy duty canvas, with quick release buckles and numerous interior compartments. It's Molle compatible and comes with a removable Velcro First Aid Cross, that has an optional attachable backing, which can be sewn or glued, if desired.
