This practical outdoor knife with cord-wrapped handle converts to a harpoon/personal defense spear in seconds. Once converted, the harpoon is an effective weapon for harvesting small game, birds and fish in any survival situation. 

Changes easily from knife to harpoon by slotting a green shaft with the sharp hawksbill end of the handle and tying the knife in, or by threading the accessory blade holder onto a standard broom handle.

The black Zytel glass nylon blade holder features a hollow compartment under the screw on liquid filled compass cap for storing fish hooks, line, matches, and other survival essentials.

Features a sharp Hawksbill-shaped inletting tool is used to carve a slotted channel for tying the Harpoon onto any green shaft. Use paracord to tie the blade into a slotted green wood sapling.

 One piece 7Cr17 stainless construction with black 550 paracord wrapped handle. Hardened to 56 HRC. 8 1/8" overall. 2 3/4" drop point blade with thumb ridge. Black molded polypropylene belt sheath.
